All products sold by Cowboy Chems are research-grade compounds intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

We maintain rigorous quality control standards — every order leaves our facility accurately packed and in documented condition. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal dissatisfaction.

Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a missing item, incorrect product, or visible damage, contact us immediately at contact@cowboychems.com. We review every case and work to make it right. That’s not marketing language — if something went wrong on our end, we fix it.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must come in by email to contact@cowboychems.com before your order ships. Once dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it. We process orders fast — if you need to cancel, move fast.
